#863 Sorry. If I understand correctly, you can write data to the cartridge files independently from persistent memory. It's more like a RAM cart if you can do that. The only part of the cart that's read-only is the 64K Lua/JS/Moon code.

Note in previous TIC-80 versions that a persistent memory file was part of the 80K main memory. That means apart from the pmem() function, peek() and poke() worked as well. Now with the current up-to-date version, pmem() is your only chance to store persistent data.
