Simple palette editor, saves the palettes in sprite memory, just use sprite editor (F2) to find it.

1.1 - Removed "UP" and "DOWN" texts and added arrows and text explanation.

StinkerB06	#1786 Nevermind. This cart was made on an old version, where the palette colors were stored in BGR format instead of RGB.
