I will use this tool personally for debugging the palettes in GIF images.

v1.1, released March 15th, 2019: Fixed a mistake where the numbers on the right and bottom didn't really replicate the color palette table offsets in a file. Minor grid change. The number of rows and columns now change according to the GIF_HEAD input byte.
