Updated version of Wall Walkers, mostly adding new graphics, abilities
and some changes to balance.

Game use 1st gamepad for green knife and
2nd gamepad for blue one.
Controls are:
A - transforming points into time
B - waste all points for temp. speed up
X - slowing down fireballs and bomb using large amount of scores
Y - skipping level at cost of 99 points.
