This game was made for the 'Summer of Shivers' Haunted PS1 Jam (https://kouda-ha.itch.io/get-to-luizas-house-re8-mini-stage).
It was based on Resident Evil 8's Moreau stage/level. The theme was 'Submechaphobia (fear of submerged objects)' and 'PSA(Public Service Announcements)'. The start of RE8 has a PSA for survivors to "get to Luiza's house!" so you are a villager, getting to Luiza's house.
If you explore down below, you will find different mini homages to the Moreau section of RE8, all about water and submerged things.
There is a secret Moreau boss fight in this TIC 80 game with help of Robin. There is also a secret room of Daruma as I love Daruma.
