surrealist game of skrabl: something with letters & words, maybe reminiscent of scrabble?

(yes, the words are "nonsense". that's intentional.)

WIP:
- rules aren't enforced
- scoring not yet implemented

what works:
- letters can be moved around on the board and between board and bank
- AI puts words more or less where it should

0005: extend guess correctly when length of already present prefix is 1
0006: validate board (not yet active, that would require mechanism to roll back move / guess)
0007: towards not accepting boards with invalid words
