It's a clone of the Tiger Electronics classic Lights Out. Try to toggle all of the lights off by pressing buttons that toggle the lights in a cross pattern centered on the button you pressed. Plays with mouse/touch controls (plus gamepad to reset).

#18589 So I've spent maybe an hour on this game as well as learning the strategy to finish it as easy as possible. It's pretty fun when you know the tricks :D
