I don't have time to convert the Pac-Man palette PROM to TIC-80 palette data, so I hope NesBox makes a Pac-Man palette.
The Namco WSG is a 3-channel sound chip used in Namco's popular arcade games, such as Pac-Man and Galaxian. I sneaked around NAMCO.ftm to convert the first 8 waveforms by hand, and a resizing tool online for the cover image.
The TIC-80 has 4 channels and 12 bits of frequency per channel, including a noise output on a blank waveform. The Namco WSG has the same wavetable specifications, but has no such noise generators. Besides, Namco channel 1 has 20 bits of frequency, while Namco channels 2 and 3 have 16 bits.
You can copy the waveforms in the SFX editor if you want to use them for your compositions.
