This is a two-player Riichi Mahjong game.
Only the 1 and 9 tiles are used for Characters and Circles suits.
Chii (sequence melds) is not allowed.
All other rules follow the World Riichi Championship Rule.

Fixed an issue introduced in version 0.3 where single waits for numbered tiles were no longer possible.

Fixed an issue where the game would crash if a player's score became negative during a round starting from version 0.2.
Also fixed a bug where, in cases where both sequences and triplets interpretations were possible, the correct behavior should have been to determine the final interpretation after score calculation. However, due to an error, one interpretation was mistakenly invalidated before the score was calculated. This caused situations where Four Concealed Triplets failed to form and was incorrectly treated as Pure Double Sequence instead.
