This is a two-player Riichi Mahjong game.
Only the 1 and 9 tiles are used for Characters and Circles suits.
Chii (sequence melds) is not allowed.
All other rules follow the World Riichi Championship Rule.
Current Development Limitations
The AI will always discard the drawn tile unless it can make an open meld (Naki). However, it will only choose to Naki if it can reach a tenpai (ready) hand.

great game!! would like it to be harder cus I know that my luck doesnt get me 3 13 orphan in a row irl, Im very happy to get it tho
