Your next door neighbor is a weird fella named Jeff... Dahmer.
You need to live your life, by using left and right to move through your house and Z/fire button to clean up various issues in your house.
While doing this, you should see Jeff doing his own thing. Sometimes, his own thing is weird. Press up to peep on him and build up evidence against his odd nocturnal activities. Press down to hide if he notices you. Build up enough evidence and call the cops to have them come take him away.
But note: if he catches you spying on him, he'll start to spy on you. And, if he doesn't like what he says, you'd better say your prayers.
