Simple text editor, which uses US keyboard layout, supports color text and highliner. It also has a few emoticons. Probably the most non-sense app here ;)
For use in TIC app on devices with physical keyboard with Shift and Control keys.

StinkerB06	#808 If I hold a key long enough within a short time, it types it more than once.
StinkerB06	#809 Also, the caps lock appears to be an OR mix with the shift function. That is to say, it affects all keys on the keyboard, not just the letter keys.
Teodozjusz	#829 Thanks for your feedback, I'll refine bug with typing. About Caps Lock: You're right, this is OR mix, I'm going to change it someday.
atesin	#19206 hi... i would like if someone writes some version of EDLIN .. it was a console command vintage line text editor (that edits a text file line by line) .. you can get a modern approach with edlin that comes with DOSBOX
