Suddenly, the space monster that attacked the solar system was named Cyclops because of its appearance.
In order to fight off Cyclops, the space fleet urgently dispatched the latest battleship White Unicorn.
You are the White Unicorn captain.
Using powerful functions such as warp engine and horn blaster,
Many Cyclops scattered in the galaxy must be annihilated within the deadline.
Key operations
Left / Right : Select command
Up / Down : Value setting
[B] or [X] : Command execution
[A] or [Z] : Help
You can use the following command:
REPORT
SR. SENSOR (SHORT RANGE SENSOR)
LR. SENSOR (LONG RANGE SENSOR)
GALAXY MAP
LASER (to set ENERGY)
BLASTER (to set COURSE)
WARP ENGINE (to set SPEED and COURSE)
REPORT command prints related information (including damage).
Direction (or COURSE) is given in degrees (0 for north, 90 for east,
180 for south, 270 for west) and distance (or WARP) in sectors.
The WARP ENGINE can move precisly to where you want to go, even after crossing the quadrant boundary.
It still takes 1 stardate to make a move, but for long distance moves you will burn a disproportionally large amount of energy.
When CYCLOPS fire at you, you could get hurt now.
So, don't try to sit there and wear them out.
If you hit a CYCLOPS with HORN BLASTER, the CYCLOPS might not get totally destroyed.
Also, if you hit a star, it might not get effected at all.
When a star is destroyed, it might nova and the radiation will hurt you.
On the positiveside, you get more more ENERGY (4000 units) at each docking, and you are well protected by your shield.
You never get hurt unless the shield is damaged.
THAT IS, 3 QUADRANTS WOULD BE 24 SECTORS (8 SECTORS X 3 QUADRANTS).
The Galaxy consists of 64 QUADRANTS in an 8 by 8 array.
Each QUADRANT consists of 64 SECTORS in an 8 by 8 array.
When you move you give the number of SECTORS you wish to move.
That is, 3 QUADRANT would be 24 SECTORS (8 SECTORS x 3 QUADRANTS).
