Tech > CITY - 2 : YEAR 3021

Lot of interesting stuff and complex agglomeration. This is 2021, not 3021. It looks like Chonqing for me, with it monorail that goes inside buildings and lot 300m high led screens on buildings since at least a decade. There are sometime few drones instead of balloons (balloons are more efficient), and maglev transportation (still not in this city).
