The purpose of this cart is to make levels with it.
This cart is the same as 8 Bit Panda but there are copies of all the enemies, water tiles, etc (and they've been multiplied in the code as well, so that they work when you put them in the map editor). Also, there's nothing in the levels (except the ground and a gate at the end), so that you have a blank slate to start with.
Please read the comment at the top of the code for more information. Also, play the first level, which has signs with some information.
The benefit of having a lot of copies of things is that, for example, you can make water one color in one level and a different color in another level (or make enemies different colors in different levels) (without changing the entire palette for the level).
The reason i made this cart is that it takes a lot of time to make the copies of all the assets, make them work properly, and keep the whole thing organized.
So now, in the future, if people want to make levels of 8 Bit Panda with the added flexibility of having multiple copies of things, they have it all set up for them already.
